The trend of buying a car in Japan is changing these days. A decade ago, the most sales of cars in this country’s domestic market was used Japanese cars in Japan in terms of quantity, but now the trend is changed to new cars. Since last 3 years the sales of new cars is increasing on month by month basis excluding few months after the deadly earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
During 9 months period from March 2011 to December 2011 when used cars were selling like the hot-cake due to immediate availability as the production of new Japanese cars for export was delayed due to quake and tsunami which destroy lot of factories and plants of almost all auto-makers in Japan. But now the production speed of new Japanese vehicles is back on the track.
