Japanese automakers planning to build new plants in Myanmar

The auto-makers of Japan are deeply interested in to built up new Japanese cars production plants in Myanmar. Japanese car manufacturers such as Honda, Toyota, and Nissan are not happy with the import of used cars as it will not benefit them.

But end-user are happy with used vehicles as the price is cheaper and they can get delivery on the spot. While for the new cars, they have to wait for several months for the delivery and also three to four weeks for the registration process. The end users in Myanmar prefarred second hand cars over the new vehicles, as Japanese used automobiles are reliable in Burma.
